WHO THIS IS FOR
This retreat is for any yoga practitioner interested in diving deep into creative, strong Vinyasa Flow yoga for a few days in the most stunning environment. It's good if you have some Vinyasa Flow experience, but we'll meet you on your level and challenge you accordingly.
This retreat is also perfect if you are considering joining our 200 hour intensive Vinyasa Teacher Training. You get to practice with both of us (Lisa and Elin) and get to ask us all your questions in person!

SCHEDULE
The retreat begins on Sunday September 24 with check-in from 4 pm and welcome circle plus an evening yoga class at 5 pm. The immersion ends Friday September 29 with a final morning yoga class followed by breakfast and check-out. Monday–Thursday will follow a schedule as below:

MORNING VINYASA FLOW
2 hour themed vinyasa practice with Lisa or Elin, carefully designed to suit all levels. Class includes meditation, pranayama, and many opportunities to deepen and challenge your yoga practice wherever you are.

EVENING CLASS/WORKSHOP
Physical workshops for anyone wishing to explore their asana practice on a technical level and take on more challenging poses. We will use the walls, different props and work in pairs. You will learn drills, tricks, efficient prep work, hands-on assists and other ways to approach arm balances, inversions and backbends. Some evening classes will focus more on yin, restorative, soft flow and meditation.
SELF STUDY & FREE TIME
Every day you'll have the day to explore the beautiful surroundings. Our venue is situated in the mountains, high above sea level. There is an abundance of trails for hiking, trail running and mountain biking right outside the door. To find out more about the hikes, the area and if you need to rent equipment, begin here ››

This retreat takes place at Hôtel-Pension Beau-Site, a historic and beautiful venue located 1150 m above sea level in the Swiss Alps, region of Valais. If you want to get here by air Geneva is the closest airport (2 hrs away) followed by Zurich (3 hrs away). To arrive by train, Martigny is the closest station. The train from Geneva to Martigny goes straight from the airport. From Martigny, take a bus or a taxi up the mountain to Chemin.
