Recommended Preparations
A three week intensive Yoga Teacher Training is physically demanding. We know from experience that it's helpful to actually train ahead (onsite we practice asana 2–4 hours per day). We recommend taking 2–3 dynamic yoga classes per week for the last months leading up to the training. Again, if vinyasa is not offered in your area, we recommend www.yogaglo.com or in Scandinavia, www.yogobe.se
