By signing up for our newsletter (we won't spam you, promise), you can join a class with Lisa or Elin. Or both, you'll just have to submit your address twice...The classes were recorded at our venues: Elin's in Sweden and Lisa's in Portugal, so you'll get a little feel for where our vinyasa teacher trainings take place. Trying our classes is a great way to find out more about our different styles of teaching and sequencing.

    This 45 minute intermediate level flow class was recorded in the greenhouse at Vallåsens Värdshus, where we currently host our Sweden trainings. Sign up for our newsletter and you'll land on a page with the class and necessary code. Enjoy!
