This training was absolutely amazing! The venue, the teachers, the teachings, so divine. Everything was so perfectly combined into a unique experience where I was encouraged to find my own unique expression, and I did. Now I have the knowledge, experience and confidence to go out into the world and share my expression as a vinyasa flow teacher. What a gift! Our vinyasa teacher trainings attract students of all ages, nationalities and walks of life. Fresh out of school at 22 or ready for change at 62 doesn't matter. WHO WE ARE
It takes an experienced and professional team to create a high quality live-in yoga teacher training for 3 full weeks. Your main teachers are Elin Jensen and Lisa Andersson Rhodiner, founders and directors of the program since the beginning in 2017. In addition we always invite guest teachers and experts to each training. We also pick venues known for their amazing food and outstanding hospitality. Our team changes now and then but we are always a team.

200 HOUR VINYASA FLOW YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
INTENSIVE VINYASA FLOW TEACHER TRAININGS set in a beautiful venue in the hills of Ericeira in Portugal, under an hour from Lisbon. This training meets and greatly exceeds the Yoga Alliance requirements and will earn you a 200 hour certification. We are an experienced faculty educating small groups with attention to every detail. Our Yoga Teacher Trainings take place each year in April and November.

50 HOUR ADVANCED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
5 DAY IMMERSION IN SWITZERLAND: SEQUENCING, THEMING & BUSINESS
Join us in the stunning alps of Valais, Switzerland in September 2023. This immersion training is a chance to be a student on the mat as well as to refine your skills in sequencing vinyasa flow, theming amazing yoga classes, being an authentic yoga teacher and running a successful yoga business. For yoga teachers of any lineage and experience. Grants you 50 hrs of Yoga Alliance credits (YACEP).
