JUNE 15–16 2020
20 HR TRAINING & IMMERSION
This training is a 2 day immersion for Yoga Teachers in need of a boost – both physical and professional. You'll walk away with new ideas and practical tools for creating amazing, memorable and unique vinyasa classes.

Each task will be followed up on, so you know for sure you'll walk away with new material and a set of tools for the future. In addition you'll get to practice vinyasa, exchange ideas and experiences with others like you and widen your professional network. Group sizes are limited to ensure high quality and the highest level of interaction online.

THE LEARNING PROCESS
Even though we will not be in the same room you will meet others, share with others and discuss the tasks at hand. Be prepared to open up in order to grow, to get outside of your comfort zone and to try new things.
The livestream format ensures that you get done what you want to get done. Each task we give you will be followed up with the group as part of our methodology. You'll also receive feedback and give feedback to others.
For the sake of flexibility with time zones, and also for additional value, we will pre-record the morning practice. Each day starts with a discussion about the class. After that we mix livestream, group work and individual work throughout the day. You can opt to finish the day with a recorded calming practice or spend more time on your tasks, whichever serves you better at the time.
We suggest that you retreat to a space that is only yours for the duration of training, free from other people and distractions. You will need a yoga mat, decent wifi and a screen for zoom classes.
